Eh.... I probably will never know what my city winning a title feels like ever again...

I was 9 when the Braves won the WS.... and we haven't done much since. And then there was the '98-'99 Super Bowl... so close.

But n'all, I have accepted the fate that I will probably never see a title in my town for the rest of my lifetime. I'm good with that.

I can still see me and my family jumping out of our seats when david justice hit that homerun. Hang in there my dude, the falcons are gonna get us there soon. I hope.

When the phillies won it was insane

Riots in the street, school/work was thrown in the bushes, everyone showing everyone love

I was drunk for the whole 2 week period from World Series to parade

There was so many people at the train stations, I'm glad the Phillies haven't won since

We been blessed atleast I remember being there for 97. Woulda been there for 03 but they won on road. That cubs series was crazy. Saw the Heat wins on tv. That 06 one was great considering all we had been through with tough playoff losses. But last season was amazing. Gotta repeat. I still remember when the Panthers made it to the Finals early in their career. Hopefully they can build momentum from last season. As far as the Canes and Fins, we did get a few Canes titles I believe. Too young to experience the last super bowl trip. If only the Fins can get their act together.

If the Lions ever win a super bowl I will fly back to Detroit and dance in the streets crying no lie.

I'm a Giants fan and when they won twice I just went "yeah" and that's it. Doesn't change my life, doesn't feel good, I read the news for the next week going "cool" then I forget about it cause I don't give a fukk.

It's something to do, something to watch, something to root for, something to follow and talk about with people, be it in the workplace or on the street or as a common topic with strangers, or on the internet.


Now if the USA ever win the World Cup.. There will be so many repercussions and shockwaves, it will probably change the life of every American soccer fan in terms of everything, and especially someone like me who wants to be involved in the game at some level. But that won't happen for another hundred years and if it does, I can only hope I'm alive to see it.
