Cards won last year and in '06...and to be all the way honest it's kinda underwhelming...I got a month's worth of baseball games being tolerable, and dare I say, entertaining enough to watch and enjoy during the playoff run...nikkas start pretending they give a shyt bout baseball...hit bars to watch games, start talking bout the cards at the chop shop after not saying a word all year...and then the nights the WS was clinched, get an excuse to go downtown, get drunk, act a fool, and get on drunken white bytches...but then after that, the whole rest of the year being "defending world series champions" has been pretty much ...can't really talk shyt to my homeboys from other places cause generally none of them care who wins the world series

When the Greatest Show on Turf won the superbowl though ...though it seems like ancient history now

High drama, Rings for all 4 major league sports.

However, after that 2003 loss, that 2004 Red Sox win is still undeniably the best one.

Im lucky enough to expirence every major sports team winning the 'ship in my 20's.....I was 19 when the pats won and living in boston for the others, even worked for the C's in the 08 run....just a great feeling, but nothing beats the 04 Sox....

Eh.... I probably will never know what my city winning a title feels like ever again...

I was 9 when the Braves won the WS.... and we haven't done much since. And then there was the '98-'99 Super Bowl... so close.

But n'all, I have accepted the fate that I will probably never see a title in my town for the rest of my lifetime. I'm good with that.
