I told myself Sunday if Reigns won then that meant Vince was behind the booking of that though it kind of does make sense for Cody to lose. The Usos already lost and you don't HAVE to end the angle altogether. Slowly start to show dissension with them losing and Reigns still being the champ which like many said should eventually lead back to Jey and Roman which would be the proper way to end the fued/faction.
