shyt is insane considering the pieces they had/have at least kinda looked good on paper but that was based on Zion hype and thinking BI would do what he did last year. Zo, on the other hand, is looking very suspect and every year that follows is “his year” and then he doesn’t do shyt.

I’d rather have Gelo out there jacking up threes and actually making them. Zo better do his best Melo impression and make a case for himself.

but if you’re the Pels, realistically what do you do since blowing this shyt up makes more sense than hunting for one more piece that makes this shyt work? AD and CP3 made it very clear that big name dudes don’t wanna be down there. SVG just ain’t that dude as a coach either and this team needs a make over all the way down to their ugly uniforms

Isaac has DPOY potential but stays injured. The rest are scrubs tho

They need to redevelop a simple flex cut front court with interior based play with some tenacious heart as their main focus. Then develop the inside outside punch of their frontcourt as perimeter shooters. Till they stick to interior punch based basketball.
Coupled with zach.
acting as their elected long range shooter.
with a fluid create off the dribble green light from the perimeter.
They will really never learn the first mini maij game it takes to win in bball.

Lonzo is what he is at this point and his future is high level role player with All Defensive Team potential. He may be capable of one day getting you 15 and 7 but just like years ago until he improves that jumper and especially from the free throw line he will always be more of a liability instead of an asset on the court.
