Like its impressive to have a long extensive resume in the higher corporate world. CFO with 19 years experience is highly sought after.
But a career coffee shop worker?

What I'm reading between the lines is that the highest level she's achieved in her field in 8 years is being an assistant manager for 2 of them. "5 years of shift leading" just sounds like the head barista, or whatever that would be called (I don't know shyt about coffee shop staffing).
