yes we do....badly:to:

You know how LIVE Fight Night would be, especially when you post in The Ring?:ohhh:

We could put together our own "PPVs" once a month and regular cards where we face each other every Friday and Saturday...plus have official rankings:banderas:

Considering the fact we can now see other's broadcast their game on PS4, we can watch it live like a legit fight:wow:

One can only dream:mjcry:
:ohhh:

For the record I give 2 shyts about Floyd OR Ward...just  at the dichotomy of the stanning of both in this thread

For real its like someone dropped an atomic stan bomb in this thread. shyt is :mjlol:

As for the thread itself, I kinda get Paulie's point, but dude has had numerous opportunities while having a boring style so his own logic doesn't even apply to himself. :pachaha: Even then if you fight hard and make for good fights while losing you'll still get calls for more fights. Word to guys like Mike Alvarado, Prescott, Gatti, PED, Lundy, Soto Karass, etc....Its just that you got boxers out there that don't want to try their hardest to win decisively and end up stinking out the joint in a hard to score fight. nikkas blackball themselves because who wants to participate or watch a fight like that on a regular basis.

A lot of factors went in to fighters being over protective with their records while shunning losses and praising "0's"

- Networks and managers overpaying A side boxers to fight over matched opponents
- Stalling out big fights from happening by trying to keep guys undefeated instead of rolling the dice on competitive fights
- Floyd popularizing being undefeated and casuals, some fans and some actual boxers taking the bait and running with it.
- Media appreciating skill over effort too many times. Thus making some boxers entitled, feeling that just being highly skilled is enough to become a star like being in good memorable fights don't matter.

Hell all the praise Loma been getting recently pretty much shows you that boxers that are highly skilled an entertaining will get love. Paulie in his prime was neither:manny:

He's not lying.

And it goes for all sports as well.

The 24 hour sports media cycle and their obsession with comparing everyone based on titles is basically what forces guys like LeBron and Durant to make the moves they made, which the media then uses to shyt on them at every turn they get. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Boxing media will shyt on fighters for not fighting other top fighters, but then discard those same top fighters if they fight each other and one loses.

You said it best. And it's been happening before Floyd.

There's no opinion. In 2017, Andre Ward is THEE MAN in Boxing when it comes to who's the best.

You see them Championships and he's literally a part of Team Jordan and Roc Nation and undefeated....theres no opinions here.:smugbiden:

Sergey is gonna have to knock him out to make things right in his head....we'll see.

I don't agree with his premise. If anything promoters milk the 0 as the only marketable attribute when fighters can't draw fans with entertaining fights.
If a fighter can provide entertaining fights then fans don't care about losses. Manny, JMM, DLH, Canelo, etc too many examples
