There should be zero tolerance for DWI/DUI and the fact that it can take up to three of them before you face serious jail time is wild.

You would have to build 20 more jails in each city if they gave out more jail time for DUI’s/sooner.

No doubt. Go by any popular bar scene in America and look at the parking lots (FULL CAN’T FIND A SPOT). Go into every bar really quick (EVERYONE GOT A DRINK OR TWO IN FRONT OF THEM). Most people driving home drunk out that bytch.

Legal limit is .08 (about one and a half LIGHT beers).

In terms of blaming the USA, yes I'd blame them for allowing him to reach 6 DWIs. His license should've already been taken away.
