Catholic church money goes back to the community, though the archdioceses shyt on black churches compared to white in my opinion. Black churches will be shuttered or consolidated quicker than white ones. But that may be unfair perception.

The priests and nuns take vows of poverty, though. There is no rolling up in status symbols or living large in mcmansions or wearing designer shyt that I've seen. Having a visible hierarchy helps? Cuz there is none for Protestants. Not like Catholic.

Tell me about it. I went to ST Francis Prep, and ST John's University. The resources these churches put into their schools and communities is insane. Also they're all in sync with each other. It's crazy:wow:

this is why the black church must be central in efforts of group economics.

unfortunately, it's the only community institution black people pool their money into.

black churches need to create businesses, employ black folks, and have black shareholders.
Fukk religion breh. It's over for this shyt. I can't feel sorry anymore for these sheep. How can't you see these false leacherous liars in your face? Giving your hard earned money away to a con artist. :mjlol:

Organize outside the church move away from tying religion to any type of economics. Separate your spirituality from the church.

I'm atheist but I'm considering becoming a preacher :patrice:
I started a "ministry" in high school.

I got creeped out by how fast it grew and how devoted some of the people became. Super easy, too.

Some of them still talk to me to this day.

I just don't like doing people dirty. It felt wrong.

It's the same reason I didn't go the MLM route with my other ventures.

These "schemes" are very tried and tested ways of generating cash flow. I just have this thing where I have a conscience/soul/something that tells me "DON'T."

These preachers clearly don't have that same internal governor.
