If it's frowned upon why are the communities known for it? High and wide people know about acid throwing Muslims. Want to take a look at the literacy rates and income in these regions and give it another shot? If I were a woman and lived in these region I would expect it. If I were a woman I would wake up everyday like "today is the day someone is going to throw acid on me. I'm just not sure what reason they will pick though. Did I try to get an education?
