DNA is weak evidence for rape...The sex could still be consensual...

But in the case of an under aged person, under the law, then DNA should definitely be used...

There's a massive gap between "weak evidence" and "unacceptable".

DNA establishes that there was sex....after that we can debate if it's consensual or not.

How do you determine if sex took place without DNA? Word of mouth?
