Went to a men's ministry at my church this morning. And my pastor brought up this point. And I wanna see what the Coli thinks. He argued that alot benefits that you see in homogenous countries won't happen here because of racism. That it will not only benefit whites but Black people. Yes, some companies have paid leave. But as a country he said that won't happen. Agree or diagree?

I currently have two employees (Latino and Asian) out on paternity leave. It's been in available for at least 20 years here in my state. I used it 15 years ago with the birth of my youngest son.

It has nothing to do with racism, but more with how your state funds medical/disability leave.
