Pretty sure it stems from the 2008 season where Faulk (who was just starting out at the time) was suppose to interview Romo the week of the Baltimore game, but was blown off cause Romo took a knee to the back the week prior and opted to get more treatment instead. I don't think anyone from the Cowboys informed him (Faulk) that the interview was cancelled or they may have told Faulk too close to the actual time the interview was slated to occur. So thats where all this strife could be from.
I had forgotten about this. :jbhmm:

You need to post more often, I can tell you know your history.

Of course :beli: is the goat

But is this guy Marinelli let CJ fukkin Anderson run for fukkin 123 yards and a TD, meanwhile he ran for a combined 66 yards vs the Saints and Pats.

Its to a point where its a virtual guarantee, his defense will let us down in a big game. Thats why im not tripping too much of that GB loss at home when we had the 1-seed. ATL wouldve came in and embarrassed us the next week

This old senile fool doesn't prioritize a big run stuffing NT and we will never be a top 3 D because of it

I been said this for years, Marinelli's refusal to get at least 1 fukking 1 tech to stop the run will be our achilles heel and that Rams game was perfect example. Pressure up the middle and run stopping has always been the two things that have held this defense back and for years they have constantly ignored the glaring need that we have there. Hell we need a 1 tech more than a fukking safety yet we completely ignore the position.

I'm swapping out Olumba with Jelks especially if we are looking to trade Taco. Would only keep Olumba if Byron isn't ready week 1

I agree, we should keep Jelks. I wouldn't risk trying to sneak him on the practice squad.

Goes to show how deep we are at LB that Justin Phillips wouldn't make the squad despite having a good showing. No way he makes it to the practice squad.

I think we might have a real sleeper in Gifford. Him getting hurt might have been a blessing in disguise. He flashed a little and got hurt. Mental reps and learning from this LB core can get ready for year 2. Don't expect him to see the field outside of special teams. (He's a converted S)

Has Jelks really showed that much? He looks like he needs a year in the weight room. Olumba is Richard's pet so he's going to fight for him.
He's flashed here and there but you just said it, you give him a year in the weight room and see what you have. He has the size and ability to be claimed by another team if you waive him. Also Jelks had a boot on earlier this week so they may try to stash him on IR

I think we can get Jelks on the PS. I don't see another team putting him on their roster.

Honestly tho, I think we need to prioritize getting another tackle before anything else. I don't think Tyron is playing 16 games this season and I'm not confident in Flemming.

:mjlol: Don't it remind you of this shyt?:

This NFL season, Campbell’s Chunky Soup is celebrating the everyday guy, his everyday hustle and his feats on-and-off the field. Dak Prescott filled in for Coach Allen for the Highland Park football team … the defending state champs had no idea what was coming! Tell us about your coach in the comments. #LetsPlayFootball #fillin #fillup

The Dallas Cowboys quarterback chats with SportsDay's Kate Hairopoulos on how it feels to stop by the high school and help coach future football stars. Prescott also talks about his bye week plans. Read more - https://sportsday.dallasnews.com/dall...

The regular team practices are not enough for Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. He also went Wednesday to practice with the kids at Highland Park High School.

:yeshrug: Anyways, I don't know why y'all give Dak so much shyt for being so PC & saying all the right thing all the time. Russell Wilson basically does the same thing.
