How can anybody say the QB played well when the offense scored 7 points as a whole in the first half and converted 1-10 3rd downs.
You are blaming Zeke, like the entire gameplan from the Rams wasnt to stop him at all costs and let Dak beat them.

I'm not blaming Zeke... it's more the fact that we kept going to him when it wasn't working... but if we're going through the list of reasons why we lost -- RB getting shut down, offensive line getting that work, our D giving up 270 rushing yards.. the QB is way down the list of reasons why we lost. You are not going to win many if any playoff games giving up 270 yards on the ground. And you are not going to win many games running 20 times for 47 yards.
They did focus on Zeke.. and Suh played his best game in YEARS... but it wouldn't have really mattered if they focused on him or not. Suh and Donald dominated our O-Line. Most of his carries he was staring at a DL as soon as he got the ball. That 4th and 1 Donald beat 2 OL to hit Zeke.. I mean that's just the way shyt was going. That is why you open the offense up instead of running up the middle into those fronts, which we did most of the game until they opened it up later in the 2nd half and Dak got going.
Again.. I said he played WELL. Well doesn't mean perfect, it doesn't mean A+... but he played well enough to win if your offensive and defensive lines aren't getting fuccing obliterated on both sides of the ball and other people around you play halfway decently.

If Jason is really on the hotseat and there's a chance there's a new coach next year then you got to wait and let him decide who he wants at QB. I want Sam Ehlinger. The guy reminds me of Dak in a lot of ways but he's a better passer and he ain't scared to run.
If Dak wants $40mil, or even $35mil, bench Tyron, tell Zeke to stay in Cabo, and tell DLaw to take his time rehabbing his shoulder.

if I’m Zeke I sit out 6 weeks then come back to getcredit for the year. By then we should know what Dak is about regardless if we go 1 and done or not. And he’ll have less wear on his body. All parties win
