Jarwin is a converted WR so he runs good routes, but he was too slow so he moved to tight end. And it also explains why he can't block for shyt.

Shultz was drafted for his blocking, but he was never a pass catching tight end.

Rico Gathers had more talent than both, but the coaches could not develop him, and then he just stopped caring.

Jason Garrett's staff hasn't had any success with tight ends going back to martellus Bennett. Granted, he's kind of a shythead but he started producing as soon as he left Dallas.

They've always had Witten so they never needed to. The crazy part tho, is it's not that hard to find a serviceable tight end. Bennett was too immature in Dallas. Plus, at some point he knew he wasn't going to unseat Witten, not matter what. He would always get 10 to 12 snaps per game and that's it.

I don't think Dak is the problem. He's just not the answer either. Neither is none of players honestly. With Garrett next year and a favorable schedule, they'll be the front running losers with a 12-4 record losing in the divisonal. Jerruh has been on quick fixes since he got Deion from the 9ers. When the foundation isn't solid. Nepotism has ruined this franchise. Jerruh going out like AL Davis and we're the Raiders. Me, I woulda not paid a nikka that didn't do shyt until his contract year in Tank. I let Dak walk this off season. I wouldn't have paid Zeke either if we didn't pay Murray. I don't care for none of the coaches y'all asked about. I would actually go for David Shaw out of Stanford..an intellectual coach that builds from the trenches since we signed Zeke. Players in the NFL are only as good as the schemes they play under. We've been out schemed since some of you were still small children
