Thats the only reason why Garret has a good coaching record. 8-8 than following season he gets a soft schedule and benefits off that. I honestly believe that stat that when Dallas loses the first game of the season they always make the playoffs and when they win the first game of the season they miss it under the Garret era.

So the alternative to this is keeping Jason Garrett? We've seen what that gets this team for a decade now. No thank you. I don't have a replacement in mind either. All I know is Garrett gotta go. He's the 6th longest tenured coach in the NFL. The 5 in front of him all have a Super Bowl win on their resume. Garrett doesn't even have a conference championship APPEARANCE but we should keep him? WHY?

Garrett had more pull than you think. He got TO and Dez up outta there. And people think Rod has pull so you know garrett does. No coach makes every personel decision unless belicheck i guess
