One point Josh made that kinda goes under the radar about Garrett is the fact that the guy has no coaching network to pull from to build a staff b/c of the way he came into the coaching profession. If he had worked his way up the ladder like everybody else by putting in a decade of work on the position coach/coordinator level then he'd have closer relationships with coaches around the league. The fact that he doesn't is why we have to settle for...

-OC calling plays for the 1st time.
-DC calling plays full-time for the 1st time.
-OL coach in his first full-time year.
-Special teams coach pulled out of the scouting department.
-LB coach in his second year in role.
-TE coach in his second year in role.

There is so much inexperience on this staff. It's sickening that the richest franchise in sports would settle for this.
