Richard is looking a lil funny now as well. It's a wrap for this season, I predict that they'll lose a close game against the Bears next week. If I'm the Cowboys there's no way that I keep Garrett or pay Dak that elite money. Amari can kick rocks as well since he's only elite at home.
I really had this team going 12-4.

If you bring in Meyer or Riley, you have to let them bring in their own staff.
If jerry jones keeps mixing and matching the coaching staff, then nothing will change. Richard for example has zero loyalties to Jason Garrett, just like Garrett had none to Wade Phillip's. If a head coach can't pick his own staff, you undermine his power off the rip.

They were coachable though. He brought the college mentality as well. Not to mention becasue they were cheap, he would cut players who didnt perform without blinking twice.
