This coaching staff clearly doesn't stress players watch film on their own.

They have film room sessions where presentations are made and that's it. Those tablets are rarely used.

It seems as though they treat this like a job and the players only work when they have to.

That's why even if they got Earl Thomas, nothing was going to change. You cant expect young players to just do things on their own.

Talent has kept these teams on games, but to be great, you have to have proper coaching.

So many teams run screens against this defense becasue their coaches know Dallas wont recognize it.
