Not sure how Urban would do in the pros. I liked him a lot at Florida and Ohio State, though. I only saw his Florida teams under Leak and Tebow look unprepared a couple times over 4 seasons.

Riley based on what? Offense? Offenses get figured all the time..whats his intangibles?

I dont get the hype...

We need a defensive Head coach who lets the offense do what it does..

Look at Bellicek, Pete Carroll, John Harbaugh etc.... their defenses and teams always competitive no matter the turnover.

It's funny seeing people shyt on Garrett now, when the reality is that so many dumbass fans wanted TO gone for saying this exact same stuff over a decade ago. TO is one of the smartest players to ever play the game, and Garrett only had him running out/in routes.

I knew TO wasnt really bitter when he was on undisputed and they flat out asked him how that bum was as a OC. He didnt just say he was trash, his response was articulate and not personal at all. Romo, Dez, Witten, Lee, all gotta hold a smooth L and of course the two goofies at the top.

It won't be McDaniels. But there's some smoke to the Urban Meyer stuff. He sounded calculated when he was on the Herd and said he would take that job. I'm unsure Meyer would be successful in the NFL. Would rather see Riley get the job, or take a chance on Joe Brady (don't care he's young) pair him up with a stud DC like McVay and Phillips on the Rams.

Meyers was a great recruiter. The pros are different because the salary cap and talent evens the playing field.

They need a coach that will be allowed to hire their own coaches and have input in player personnel.

I would give Richard a chance honestly.

Kellen Moore could have autonomy of the offense and Richard will control the defense and set the tone for the entire team.

I want this team to be cleansed of all these coaches. ALL of them

Richard- Overrated.
Marinelli- His wife should leave him after what he’s done to this defense (codeine u a fool )

O’quinn- Need i say more
Columbo- Run blocking has gotten worse since the departure of Pollack
Lal- Team leads the league in drops
Gary Brown- Hes meh
Nussmeier- Witten looks absolutely garbage
Greg Jackson- Hard to evaluate because we refuse to give him any talent back there
Ben Bloom- Jaylon and LVE regressed
Big Cat- These DTs are HORRIBLE.

Only two assistants I would be interested in retaining would be Kitna and Kellen. They both have had a positive influence on Dak.
