We need and deserve to have a good head coach. Im not tryna see no Jay Gruden type head coach in here.

It won't be any different after Garrett is gone. Jerry will just hire another puppett. Until Jerry Jones dies, nothing will change.
This team and the same ol' song and dance has sucked the energy and fervor out of me
Everything about this team and culture is soft. Even if a couple players step it up a notch, it won't change the fact that our team goes out every game to "execute" and the other team comes to stomp us out and make us beg for mercy. We are circled on everyone's calendar. On our side, our QB wants spicy nuggets, DLaw trying to sell hats, Jaylon trying to sell glasses, and Amari focused on women's clothing from Marshall's
Zeke is running in mud. That burst, second effort, and mindset to show everyone what he's really bout from 2016 is gone. He runs like a guy who's paid and established. We've seen the best from him and this ain't it
We shouldn't pay Dak or Amari what they're asking

Idk how you can watch this team in 2019 host the Packers, somehow be unable to get up for the game and play with speed, urgency, and discipline, and still somehow be encouraged that they'll turn it around. If they're not getting up for the goddamn Packers in Arlington, then what?
We have the dumbest collective coaching minds in the league. Like a nasty wound, it's grown and infected the rest of the team. The complacency and poor tendencies we see on Sunday come from Marinelli and Garrett being here for years

If only the fukking media would ask these questions. It's amazing how fans and other players can see the issues with this team but the people who run everything are stuck in their ways and refuse to change things.
A few days ago I noticed that Zack Martin turns 29 next month. Feels like yesterday he was 24 and people were talking about the youth of this line.
It's almost over. In a couple years we'll be aggressively drafting OL and restarting the cycle of building the trenches
This team wasted a legendary OL with 5 years of shytty conservative playcalling and swiss cheese defense

We need a Left Guard and a Tackle to take over for Tyron now
The fact that Byron and Brown are expiring and Lewis and Awuzie are in a year will force the FO hand to go after DBs in the draft this year
Either that or DT if this porous rush defense keeps up
They'll delay LT/G/C for as long as they can. Especially with how much money and years they've already committed

You gotta realize that when the owner is also the GM, he has influence in the roster and who plays. Honestly, I don't know why they didn't just trade him.
A good GM would've known when to trade players. The Giants were able to trade Eli Apple, but the Jerry Jones couldn't even trade Taco for a 7th rounder?
