That's only really when you are talking about suppressed rifles, and the accuracy is negligible for real, you'd only see a difference if you had a rifle stand or rested on sandbags. Pistol accuracy is on the shooter, ammo and the quality of the barrel milling for real, suppressor could actually make you less accurate because you gotta compensate for the added weight and size with your hand grip and if the threads ain't right it'll wobble. The only reason to use a suppressor anyway is so you don't have to wear ear plugs/muffs

Because we hardly it ever see Biker gangs operate in NYC. Maybe staten island and the metro areas outside of NYC but NYC itself like the Bronx? That's rare... GTA 4 had a Biker gang in Broker(Brooklyn) but in real life BK doesnt have biker gangs.
