Go on youtube or Worldstar and you'll see thousands of nikkas with millions of views and hits... the majority of the demographic that frequents those sites have the attention span of gnat... Every camp is diffeeent, they do what's best for the fighter, the goal is to peak without being over worked. Someone like Floyd who works out year round has mastered his peak time, where someone like Rios or Chino have to go all out to lose weight just to make the fight happen. To each his own.

A lot of fighters do light warmups and shadowboxing leading up to the fight
when i closed on my condo my FIOS cable/internet was the first thing I sat down at my desk to schedule a move of service/setup for....so when I moved into my condo last August everything was installed and service had already transferred from my old apt....only because I had a situation when I moved in my old apt back in 08 the FIOS guy screwed up on the installation and I couldn't get cable/internet for about 6 weeks....thank god there was a neighbor who had their wireless network unlocked that i was able to use
