Where can we read the full opinion because it looks like they were being slick with some of it. The medicare part they agreed with the states legal arguments (about they can stop they expansion and not get kicked out) and they said the mandate is only doable as a tax not under the commerce clause as a penalty and then said but you can't compel them if not in it already in it? That don't make any sense and the news presented it a bunch of different ways, I had to piece together that stuff by watching like four different channels. Where that link at brehs?

Seems like they did give Obeezy an L. Knew Roberts wasnt gonna completely save him.

Rethugs bout to crucify John Roberts.

Roberts is a modern small government advocates worst nightmare. He meant it when he said he would channel John Marshall; the federal Government's authority is absolute as far as he is concerned.

Bush knew what he wanted when he nominated him to the position. I don't think he expected to loose control of both branches of congress though. This just boosts the stakes for congress even higher, since he's given them a huge amount of authority.

The immigration decision was cool, but Scalia and Thomas are basically Fox News employees. Something reqally wrong with that.
