man do you retarded ass nikkaz live on twitter

if jonny cochran never defended OJ you would have no idea who he was or his court record

its plenty of good black lawyers who stay in and court and win lmao

can you even afford an attorney
This was from Facebook...not Twitter.

Of course it's plenty of good black lawyers but why not look towards one of them for help rather than continue with the losing streak bunch?

Why keep going to the same crew that keeps on bringing the same results each and every time?

You giving me superficial internet negs like it's supposed to stab me in the heart doesn't make any difference...I'm asking a logical question that I'm sure most black people especially in that Facebook post comment section for instance would agree with...

Why are these four lawyers the go-to? When it's clear we need to look somewhere else.

Whenever somebody goes to court they want the best or at least good with a pretty good enough record...not somebody that has a loosing streak. That's what I'd want.

They're not in criminal law. They're not the DA (district attorney) or affiliated with the state. They are successful at getting their clients monetary awards i.e. settlements. This shyt comes up at least twice a month on here. There's a thread, just from last week, on this very subject.

Most of the work Crump does is never heard about because white folks didn't tell you. Crump is from my hometown. I know his family very well. He's not a con artist or an ambulance chaser. People reach out to him. Not the other way around.

I really wish you cats would go down to your local library and look at the old microfiche of old newspapers from the Civil Rights, Nadir of Race Relations (1920s), birth of Segregation Laws and Reconstruction eras. They shyt they're saying about the Ben Crumps, and anyone else that works for black folks, is the same shyt they said about black folks back then damn near verbatim. You even had black folks making the same complaints about other black people you hear today back then.

But why does the family have to lawyer up when they should be on the side of prosecution to get justice...

I feel like these four are used as distractions for the system to let the killers remain uncharged while also accepting money in exchange for silence.

I imsgune that money is probably in medical malpractice or class action law suits.
Or Federal prosecutor or defense.

The hierarchy goes something like this

1) Personal Injury (guys with billboards and tv commercials)
2) Big Law
Gap
3) high end criminal defense/ high volume criminal defense/ high volume traffic ticket defense
Gap
4) Federal lawyer work (high 5, low 6 figures with decent hours)
5) Insurance Defense/ the associated who work at the PI firms (similar to fed pay but terrible hours and benefits)

Gap

6) most stare government attorneys (mid 5 figures to 70-80k by the end of career if you’re lucky, decent hours, decent benefits)

7) Public interest lawyers (you’ll be lucky to crack 50k here)

8) Solo Plantiff attorneys with no network, defense lawyers with small clients that don’t really pay

Gap

9) Doc review attorneys (you’re better off working at Starbucks)

Yeah but don't you think it's time to try a new lawyer rather than the usual four? Sometimes a change of lawyer could be the difference maker... it's like if you're on a basketball team and a key player shoots 0-15 during a game like isn't it time to put someone else in?

That’s not the best analogy. They’re taking on long shot cases. You get them because despite losing at trial, they can still force settlements.

Prosecution is criminal law. What Ben and those people do is civil law. They have zero, zilch to do with prosecuting anyone. Hell, if it weren't for Crump and people like him, you wouldn't have even heard of Arbery. You're forgetting that the McMichaels had pretty much got away with even being charged until Crump and the other attorneys working tireless bringing the story to light months later which led to their arrests.
