This is a fact. A handful of Blacks are a novelty ,a curiosity.......it's cute. Once the numbers go over a certain amount it's no longer cute and the masks come off.
A lot of artists from Black expatriate community in Europe have written about this from different perspectives over the decades. It went from "Europeans aren't as racist as Americans" and once the Black West Indians and Africans started arriving after WW2 en masse, whites showed them who they really are.

Americans have weird definitions of ‘socialism’ and ‘capitalism’. The Cold War did a number on you people.
Sweden practices free-market economics. It’s not like, Cuba, for example. There are few states which you can describe as largely socialist today and all free market economies ‘socialize’ or de-commodify aspects of life such as healthcare provision or primary education.
A state isn’t socialist because it has a high personal tax rate relative to the US
