He'll either be blasting chutney (indian music) soca or danchehall. The guy on my street had his own garage and played chutney.

- The amazing smell of curry from the roti shop around the corner.
- The lady in the downstairs apartment that doubled as a shop who sold sweets and biscuits out her window.
- Having to clear the cars so we can play cricket or football(soccer for the yankees) on the street.
- On my street the apartments had washtubs outside, so on the weekends there would be at least 5 moms scrubbing clothes.
- On any given day there will be at least one child crying from a whoop ass.
- On any given day there will be at least one child chasing a chicken around for no good reason ( yes my street had chickens walking around )
- Usually on the weekends nikkas would be chillin on a bench just shyt talkin
