Some of the greatest men in history kept diaries. It was a common thing to do for hundreds of years and has a lot of value. Being able to write down your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and then being able to look back and see how you felt about things later on...think about how valuable that is. How you could avoid mistakes in the future by reading back on your past experiences with something or someone.

I hate to say it because nikkas gonna get mad but how is this not a case of taking masculinity to almost parody levels of stupidity, at the cost of growth/health/knowledge/etc. I won't use the phrase you know I want to use...but how is this not a clear example of that shyt and the box it puts men in?
