I've been keeping a journal (diary, whatever you want to call it, dont know if they're a difference) for like the past 15 years. Helps get your thoughts organized and it's great to go back and read that years later. I write (mostly poetry) so obviously it plays a big part in that, but sometimes you just want/need a moment to reflect on whatever you're experiencing and whatnot. Memory is tricky, we're designed to forget a lot of stuff, so it's cool to have that as a "back-up". Also if you have kids down the road you can share some of that with them, some details you may have forgotten, etc. She's wrong as hell for "exposing" that, ain't even nothing to expose anyway. Women talk about "toxic masculinity" 24/7 and here a breh is reflecting on himself and his life, and some would like to clown him. He should sue.
