Y'all bugging, this same squad under Harbs is 7-9 at best, and that's fine, objectively we're gutted, we got 1.75 linebackers and a running back (who I don't think is going to be durable for the long term). But Harbs makes this losing team play better/harder, you also don't have the question mark of coaching, GM, and roster all at once. The NFL is a joke with how fast they're churning thru QB's and coaches, leads to so much fail

Also again, i ask, are there no college coaches to look at, any other coordinators (defensive coordinators not getting any love)...chip, shanny, and holmgren can't be it lol

If cats dont wanna consider Harbaugh ELITE, then I have no problem with that..... but then lets acknowledge to things:

1 - then there is like only 1 or 2 coaches that can be considered ELITE in the league then.

and also

2 - Jim Harbaugh also had his team BEAT or play VERY WELL against the elite coach(es) and QB's too while we're at it.

Lets repeat since you don't understand. He said he was an Elite coach. The team had talent already. 49ers picked bum coaches. No wonder why they didn't do shyt. Never said he was shytty. I just don't think he was that great. I don't like the Super Bowl loss and I don't like how the Niners pretty much became Seattle's bytch. I mean 49ers looked unprepared and lost the last games with against Seattle when he was coach. He is at Michigan. Aint going to win shyt there either. He will have them looking better but I already know just about every year OSU is going to smack the piss out of them. Harbaugh is Marty Shottenheimer 2.0

is coughlin elite for 2 rings? even tho he missed the playoffs most of the last decade... and barely got in the two times they won? would he suddenly not be elite if he lost those?

even elite and HoF coaches arent miracle makers. Pete failed how many times as a head coach in the NFL ? Beli struggled as HC before the Pats. you cant really win in NFL without talent in the salary cap era.

I'm not going into this with you ....I know how you feel about QB's, it's clear, unfortunately the majority of the league does not take your stance. teams spend time chasing their tails the more often they churn thru QB's therefore makingno progress elsewhere. If they stuck with a QB, they would have the wherewithall to make more pressing needs the priority instead of reaching to draft a cat like goff at 3 after having just drafted a QB 2 years ago and one 2 years prior.

Cuz out off all the positions in the league that need stability its thats position.

Its not really a secret or crazy math that all the great and dare we use the word "ELITE" teams with the most success have had consistency at the QB positions. Roughly the teams with the same QB been in the playoffs all the times and the teams that always change them barely can win 8 games.

At the end of the day.... the RB can hand the ball off to himself, the WR's, TE's and RB's cant throw passes to themselves. And without a QB to direct traffic and give orders on the field players wouldnt know what to do and just be playing flag football just complete chaos
