if you have positive evidence of Hue or Chip making good personnel decisions in the NFL, share it with me
making one of the worst NFL trades in history (Hue) and trading away most of the talent (Chip) over 3 years, is not enough sample size to you ?Not enough of a sample size. I have more than enough of a sample size of Baalke's moves and I'm not sure why he's still here.
ine bad trade isn't enough for me to write someone off, is there any clear evidence that was his draft? Now chip not even trading away talent, but throwing it away, I'm cool.making one of the worst NFL trades in history (Hue) and trading away most of the talent (Chip) over 3 years, is not enough sample size to you ?
its the type of a trade that gets you fired (and it did)ine bad trade isn't enough for me to write someone off, is there any clear evidence that was his draft? Now chip not even trading away talent, but throwing it away, I'm cool.
Baalke been drafting for 3 years straight, I'd actually like someone to come here and challenge him
About the coaching staff, I wanted them gone, never believed in them, and they showed they were wack, that said, objectively, I don't think it's right to only give a staff 1 year especially with this roster. My personal desires were met, but I can be objective enough to admit it wasn't the ideal way to handle it.its the type of a trade that gets you fired (and it did)
I advice yall being careful about sample size rhetoric, because this coaching staff had only one season under their belt as well...just sayin
marcus martin has also had just over one season of starting...and its enough for me to throw him in the bushes right now with no hesitation
funny i just ended my first year in madden with the niners and that's who i picked up in free agencyJosh Gordon.

Baalke is nowhere on Chip Kelly's level. Sample size? What more do you need to see from that bum that traded away his best players for a year membership of Net Flix and Donuts. He set Philly back five years. Not enough of a sample size. I have more than enough of a sample size of Baalke's moves and I'm not sure why he's still here.

I wouldn't give any coach the final say in make personnel decisions though. It rarely works out for the good. It's always best if the GM and Coach can reach a common ground. Coaches have too much on their hands to dabble in personnel decisions.I'm talking about Hue, not Chip.
Wasn't Shula a failure at Alabama?Don Shula would be a good option.
