if you have positive evidence of Hue or Chip making good personnel decisions in the NFL, share it with me

Not enough of a sample size. I have more than enough of a sample size of Baalke's moves and I'm not sure why he's still here.

making one of the worst NFL trades in history (Hue) and trading away most of the talent (Chip) over 3 years, is not enough sample size to you ?

ine bad trade isn't enough for me to write someone off, is there any clear evidence that was his draft? Now chip not even trading away talent, but throwing it away, I'm cool.

Baalke been drafting  for 3 years straight, I'd actually like someone to come here and challenge him

its the type of a trade that gets you fired :manny: (and it did)

I advice yall being careful about sample size rhetoric, because this coaching staff had only one season under their belt as well...just sayin :heh:
marcus martin has also had just over one season of starting...and its enough for me to throw him in the bushes right now with no hesitation

About the coaching staff, I wanted them gone, never believed in them, and they showed they were wack, that said, objectively, I don't think it's right to only give a staff 1 year especially with this roster. My personal desires were met, but I can be objective enough to admit it wasn't the ideal way to handle it.

That trade alone didn't get him fired, the raiders were still in full dysfunction and Mckenzie came in.

16 games is time to show improvement, he showed none.

Hue didn't get a chance to show more than one card. I'm not trying to hand him the keys, but there were wrf trades before him and will be wtf trades after.

Anyway, I don't really have a dog in this race, every night I pray to football Jesus for harbaugh to come back :to: haha

It was one trade and looks like he was right about Carson. Just didn't get enough time to put the pieces around him for us to see how he would have recovered from that trade. Carson is a quality QB. He gave up a mid 1st and a 2nd. Chiefs gave up a 2nd and a conditional 3rd (which worked out to another 2nd) and no one is killing Andy over it. Would I give up what Hue did? No. But I get it and I don't think the deal was THAT bad.

Hue at worst was mediocre at best pretty good in his 1 year. This staff was trash at best.

Baalke is nowhere on Chip Kelly's level. Sample size? :mjlol: What more do you need to see from that bum that traded away his best players for a year membership of Net Flix and Donuts. :russ: He set Philly back five years.

I wouldn't give any coach the final say in make personnel decisions though. It rarely works out for the good. It's always best if the GM and Coach can reach a common ground. Coaches have too much on their hands to dabble in personnel decisions.
