And the oline!

I know some for some reason always wanna take an opp to bash our QB's

But lets just forget about them for a moment and remember we went through 8 RBs last season EIGHT!! Our running game was also negatively affected and it would be fair to say they too REGRESSED.

We cant have another season where we lose our 4 RB's that was signed from the beginning of the season and then later on we just signing after signing replacements who are getting hurt left and right too.

UNACCEPTABLE

honestly the line played decently once kilgore, tiller, and brown started to play together
i dont see this as a huge issue with davis returning as well

That was like the last 2 games of the season with nothing on the line. If Kilgore gets injured again we are completely fukked again. OLine is still a huge issue.

Garcia was a flawed qb, against good defenses they just forced him to throw to the sidelines and he couldn't

Yeah but that Tampa D was fukking brutal that year. The year before against the Packers was brutal though...12-4 and couldn't even get a home game in the offs smh. fukk Brett Favre and fukk Kurt Warner always and forever I hated that Rams team with a passion.

Still waiting for any reason to get hype for the new season though. I'm just praying everyone buys into Chips system 100% and he gets these guys motivated and going hard.

Na breh.... We need to build up that line too.... so our QB's can get more time to get the ball to our WR's and at worse so our RB's dont get hurt and can pound the ball and move the chains.

We can get the D great but its not like we can rely on and hope the D not only turns the ball over but scores..... and you can only win so many defensive games field goaling the shyt out of a team.

Give these guys (Kap or new rookie QB) a chance..... especially if all this stupidity plays out where we lose Kap.

Now we'd have to have a rookie guy behind center thats not only learning our team but learning the NFL (a square 0 scenario)

what do you exactly mean?

explain.....

I honestly don't know how good or bad our OLine is. It was a question mark for me before last season, then Kilgore got hurt and the coaching staff showed they were completely fukking clueless so it made an iffy situation look like a disaster.

I know you have a lot of faith in Brown, all I know is that he's better than those wastes of air Jordan Devey and Erik Pears, I haven't seen enough to feel safe about him possibly starting. Staley is getting up there in age, we have NO answer if Kilgore gets hurt again, something that seems likely as he's ALWAYS getting hurt, Anthony Davis is an upgrade from Pears but dude has always struggled in pass protection.

All I'm saying is that I legit don't know how this line is gonna look like and besides Davis, we haven't done shyt to boost it's depth and talent, that's not a good look.

Santa Clara, 49ers feuding on Levi’s Stadium rent

Two years into the 49ers’ stay in Santa Clara, there’s a dispute about how much rent the team has to pay.

Santa Clara Mayor Lisa Gillmor said the 49ers need to continue paying the full $24.5 million a year in rent that their lease called for from the time they first moved into the stadium two years ago. But the 49ers aren’t paying that. They say a clause in their lease allows them to reset their rent based on changes in revenue and costs, and the 49ers now want to pay $20.25 million a year.

“I’m going to ask the city is made whole for their contractual obligations,” Gillmor said, via the San Jose Mercury News. “It needs to be paid.”

Team spokesman Bob Lange says the 49ers have “made all required lease payments.”

“Even after adjustment, the 49ers will pay rent that is more than two times higher than the next highest rent paid by any of the other 31 NFL teams,” Lange said.

After more than two years of construction, Levi’s Stadium officially opened in 2014. Its total cost was more than $1.2 billion.
