He could but a person with a 9-5 likely isn’t a good candidate.

The other part that gets overlooked is did he do that to get where he is physique wise right now. I just can’t see how is long term wise for someone trying to lose weight while keeping a a decent body comp or trying to add lean muscle.
Nah I watched that episode when he talks about doin the OMAD. He was already big. He said he was carrying too much weight and go into some bad eating habits so he used OMAD to counter that. I always didn’t believe him when he was explaining but it made since. No way he would be able to mai.ntain that physique chopping up celery and eating clean as he was trying to show. Ppl who do OMAD typically lose a lot of weight and gains.

That’s not what I meant. I was talking about did he building muscle that way which we should be certain he didn’t. He could have lost “fat” and trimmed down that way. I don’t doubt that.

Point being what it takes to get to a point isn’t always the same method to obtain that same level.

He said he was at like 240 lbs and he felt he was carrying to much weight for practical health reasons, so he started OMAD to get get his weight down. I’ll find the video and link it

Look at that body :wow: steroids might be worth it:francis:

I been doing keto for a few months now and it's really not sustainable after awhile. I got tired of eating avocados, cheese, and meat all the time. So I think I'ma just do this one meal a day thing. Anyone got experience doing this?
Lol...why do people have to complicate everything when it comes to food? Keto and intermittent fasting is a way to take in less calories than you burn. That’s it - there are no other benefits. It’s not some special thing. Just eat what you like, when you like in smaller portions lol. I don’t understand why people would rather torture themselves over doing it the logical and easy way.

That may not be totally true. There are studies that eating in smaller windows has some overall health benefits but most people run a version of IF that negates them.

Thanks, this doesn’t seem peer reviewed or anything so I don’t know if there are true benefits that aren’t just explained by “less time to eat = less calories eaten = better health.” Also, this is anecdotal and I don’t want to be racist but the researcher is Indian and Indians have the WOAT bodies.

What does the perceived body composition of his ethnicity have to do with his research?

I think their body composition is related to their diets more than genetics. Like I said, it’s anecdotal but so are his conclusions based on his research.

Again what does that have to with his scientific research?

Literally one of the dumbest things posted in this forum but carry on.
It made me look dumb. I made a joke and it backfired, okay. With that said, what I originally posted about losing and gaining weight is correct. I know what I’m talking about. What you posted isn’t correct. You don’t know what you’re talking about. Let’s both carry on.
