I been doing keto for a few months now and it's really not sustainable after awhile. I got tired of eating avocados, cheese, and meat all the time. So I think I'ma just do this one meal a day thing. Anyone got experience doing this?
I do 2 big meals a day. It's the perfect balance imo.
The 1 meal a day diet is too extreme. After 3 weeks, I felt I was gonna pass out.

Then you ask them about about how many calories a day they were eating and it’s like 1000-1500...I’m like that’s why you lost the weight breh, nothing more, nothing less.
