Out here it doesn’t matter what you call it, just the race of the person. Like a white person is eating the plain stove top when they say stuffing but a black person is eating dressing with the corn bread.

I say stuffing, even if it’s not “stuffed” in the turkey

I thought the difference was that Stuffing is cooked stuffed inside the turkey, and Dressing is cooked separately. Same ingredients though.

stuffing uses cut up bread most of the time and dressing uses cornbread.

The bag literally says stuffing, the directions are made for both inside the bird, or outside.



If y’all make it with other stuff, then fine. But they are the same, with varying ingredients.
