Question.
Is it more progressive to have your inaugural women's champion be trans than it is regressive to not have someone born a physical woman be the first woman to hold the title for your company in an era of resurgent women's wrestling? Especially with a host of available joshi and a whole indy scene of women doing big things waiting in the wings.
Do you help more than you hurt by doing this? I know it'll get you a bunch of press coverage, but I also know there are gonna be some women that are in their feelings about that shyt. I think the byline is too impressive to the company to resist doing it, but I... I dunno. I would think you'd have Nyla supplement the division as opposed to anchoring it.
(Riho is sub 100lbs. She could sling her whole body weight at most people and be shrugged the fukk off. I can't suspend disbelief that much. There are mid-sized dogs that could pin that girl for a count of 10.)
