Who told them to jump out the window with hundred dollar donations? The thread hadn't even been up for a few hours so they didn't do their due diligence. Someone even warned everyone before the donations started. They saw a link to a news story and assumed it was official like anyone couldn't post a link.
They can contact GFM for a refund and I don't even understand how these donation threads are allowed in the first place let alone stickied.
People on here gave money to grifters like Jay Morrison. They gave to Umar's school, etc despite other posters' warnings. I don't feel sorry for anyone who hasn't learned by now.
And we wont stop giving. The average coli poster easily makes 100K-200k a year. The only loss is losing a bit of faith in humanity. But losing money for these guys? I promise there is zero pressure
