I’d say 1 but it has nothing to with their whiteness…as tough-skinned as I am it still feels good to an extent to be “validated” by ppl for your accomplishments, etc. (speaking strictly for myself)…but that’s regardless of race…so their whiteness doesn’t factor into it at all…due to the media we consume from a young age (as well as personal experiences) a lot of folks may unconsciously put white folks on pedestals and pops did a good job of countering that by presenting us with strong, positive images of black folks early on and introducing us to black folks from all walks of life (for example we had black doctors, teachers, etc. in our lives early on as well) so I don’t look at white folks as being “special” to the point that their validation is important to me more than anyone else’s bcuz I never viewed white folks in a “better light” than I view my own…unfortunately there are many of us who do to the extent that they will go out of their way to seek white validation

10. Validate my resume, validate my parking, and validate my paycheck. I don't live in Wakanda so my shyt gotta work.
Is that a white people thing or an corporation thing

That’s the problem with these conversations cause yea white people make majority of this country and they will be everywhere we go but is wanting to get paid for your production seeking validation, or let’s say the reverse if some black people dont want to be involved in white spaces are they indirectly underachieving at life because they don’t want validation

it’s a complex conversation
