I mean, to be fair it ain’t like nobody never beat the Feds. All case ain’t created equal. But if you read this indictment, he just gonna have to plead out. They got dude on almost 70 counts worth of shyt, from tax evasion to removing property to prevent seizure. They got unnamed informants on the case. Shell companies, fake bank documents, etc...Dude can’t even take this shyt to trial

The FBI will spend years and years building a case. Just read the charges… even if he somehow escapes half of them, he’s still doing serious time.

Maybe that is exactly what he wants..get these Feds to prosecute you in bad faith, instead of what could stick in Court of law.
In Court if the Feds bring up 4 legit charges, but in doing that the process they took was not procedurally fair one (in bad faith) and they broke the law in obtaining some evidence, the whole case can be thrown out on technicality.

Feds have a poor conviction on RICO going against certain folks. Don't believe in the 90% conviction rate.

Don't believe me, look at the feds press releases, and then fast forward on the actual sentence.

They don't actually convict the whole organization. There's snitches.

Folks get immunity. Etc.
