But yeah like you said those areas got nice cribs but property tax high . It certain spots like Matteson /university park /Olympia fields the stores etc are very limited . Especially Matteson damn shame how they fell off. These spots should at least be on Crestwood level as far as businesses .

And being close to 57 is definitely a plus for those commuting to the city

You can blame the the people who took over once the old mayor passed on business leaving Westfield wanted to buy Lincoln mall it was going to be a ice rink and outdoor play area once he died they let some scam artist from New York buy Lincoln mall because they didn’t want to give Westfield tax breaks

I stay in Matteson which is right next to Olympia Fields ....Matteson,Olympia fields and flossmoor are great black neighborhoods the Property tax is high as fukk tho

Breh, seeing that used to always trip me out. I’m here in Atlanta. It always tripped me out when I’d see dudes on here and real life say they gotta go to places like Buckhead, North Atlanta, and other white places to get to some respectable living. I’ve driven through so many upscale black neighborhoods in this city and the surrounding cities. Hell, I live in a black neighborhood myself.
