Is there hope for her? I don't know, but she can start by working on her physical health along with seeking therapy or joining a support group.

Form there, join some social clubs where men are at and maybe a gentleman will befriend her and take it from there...

We will all die alone eventually but one has to realize as you get older if you don’t have a strong family unit, someone to grow old with them yeah it’s going to be tough days like that sista is dealing with
