Completely different situation, and it's hard to give you a good answer. Maybe, in my anger, I do murder that person. I'd still realize I did something wrong out of emotion... probably plead temporary insanity, and hope the courts don't give me prison time.

If you're out somewhere and a guys steps on your shoes and you tell him to be careful he decides to push you....do you think you have a right to take a knife out and slit his throat? Someone can be wrong, but you can also be as wrong or more wrong in your response when you exceed the amount of aggression needed to neutralize the situaiton . Thats what makes us a civilized (for the most part) part of the world. Even undesireable people have rights and you can't decide to just delve out your own death penalty sentence to anybody who offends you.
