Welp, she knew damn well what she was doing when she decided to go into that man's house and rob him while he was away. She knew that she faced risking not only her own life but the life of her unborn child but obviously she didn't care. She and that man went on his property, stole his belongings and when he came home and confronted them proceeded to beat the man. I believe the old man was in the right here. He stood his ground against them and I'm sure anyone else who would have been in a similar situation would have down the same or would have beat them both to a bloody plup, I know I would. Further, I believe if this case does go to trial any jury will agree. Again, yes it's unfortunate that an unborn child had to die but it was his mother's fault ultimately.

Victims identified in South LA shootout
A 25-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in a gang-related shootout that claimed three lives in South Los Angeles on Friday night.

Anthony Cudger was in a silver Toyota Camry parked on the 8600 block of South Figueroa Street when a red Nissan Altima pulled up and the passenger began firing at the Camry, according to LAPD Sgt. Shannon Hale.

Cudger allegedly fired back, killing 33-year-old Trevor Williams.

Cudger, 25, was treated and released for gunshot wounds to his shoulder, Hale said. He was arrested Saturday morning and is being held in lieu of $1-million bail, according to booking records.

Aveion Bolden, 20, and Jacinta Walker, 18, who were in the Camry with Cudger, died at the scene, Hale said. Another woman in the Camry was uninjured.

The driver of the Altima pulled into a fire station at South Main and W. 108th streets, about a half-mile from the shooting scene, to seek help for Williams.

Williams is believed to be the shooter, and the driver has not been criminally charged, Hale said. Police believe the shootings were gang-related.
