He didnt have to kill her, but they jumped him 
not sure how true that is but i don't blame him for being enraged if he was attacked....she pleaded for her life is what makes it bad.

The guy got away, which understandably left the homeowner vengeful
the female culprit was unarmed, he had her in custody and found out she was pregnant.
Based on the evidence, reason and logic; the homeowner had a choice and he did not have to kill
the unborn child deserved a chance at life.
There's a certain variable thats being left out in regards to the 2 people the committed the home invasion
depending on the publication of said variable and how it could completely change the theme of this story....
it's gonna be a hot summer in the 213

That child was going to be raised by a thief who jumps and robs old men and have a cowardly deadbeat for a father. I'd say the streets are a lot safer by not having that future delinquent out here in 14 years.

The mother put her unborn child life at risk by breaking into a home while pregnant.
Homeowner gets physically assaulted
Male accomplice got away.
Mother was left behind in an allyway, unarmed.
Homeowner was made aware of the fact she is carrying new life
Homeowner was safe at this point.
Homeowner had a choice to not kill at this point.
Homeowner chose to kill both life-forms, manifested & un-manifested .
