word, but don't you think it would've been a great idea in the Heat series? Bosh was playing center, it would've made more sense to have Ibaka at center, its not like Perkins was some amazing rim protector. He had trouble defending bosh on the perimeter, this dude Bosh was hitting 3's in that series

This would work against Miami but not LA. If PJ III develops as they hope he does (3/4 hybrid) I would love to see PJ III/Durant/Ibaka as their front line.

ofc it was a mistake.. Garnett made Perkins look better than he was.. Garnett is known to make scrubs look like they solid defensively out there. There's a reason shytty / avarage defenders like Ray Allen, Bass PP and Rondo were in the starting lineups for a team with the greatest defense in the league, the reason is Garnett. bums are getting defensive reputations simply by playing on the celtics

Yeah, he is. Hes the exception though, not the rule. A team starting rondo, ray, PP and Bass has no business being starters for the leagues best defensive team.
Not only that he had one of his biggest weapons on the bench in the finals, and expected he to waltz into the game and succeed with that level of intensity against Heat team that was already locked in by the time he got in games. He should of started Harden at least 2 games in the finals, what exactly were they saving him for, it was the finals
