It’s private and if they don’t receive any government assistance than they are legally able to decide who can attend their school.

But if someone is paying their tuition than they can't just kick them out.

I agree the school should have let the semester just play out for the sake of continuity of the kids education but I stand by their decision. It's a private school with a code/guide they honor. They simply want people from the same background and the same belief to attend. That's fair. They have customs to uphold
