no it's not it's a conspiracy between white people, the TV and radio industry to force black woman that dudes on the coli say are undesirable so they no longer a black men :comeon:
So, you're saying it's the black woman's version of MNF? Rather than watch it home, they are getting together with other black women so that they can go home afterwards, in a drunken apple-tini-filled rage, and blame all things bad on black men.

NO
I don't understand how a show with a black female lead character has you all acting so surprised that black women would be loving it. If her lover was black, she would still have the same amount of fans. It's Kerry that's getting the views from these woman.
WRONG.

If the premise of the show was being in a "scandal" a black man, then it will NOT be NEARLY as popular.

Where are all the Parties for Family Matters, Martin, My Wife and Kids, and The Game?????

That right their destroys your argument.

This is a major network show created by a black woman with a black female lead. Those other shows are not the same. Horrible comparisons.

Plus you know many black women complained and rallied to get "The Game" back on tv and why it's still so popular?

Lol nope it was a shyt storm when the head writer said Harrison (fione ass Columbus Short :banderas:) could have a relationship with Olivia. People went fukkin crazy. The whole allure of the show is yes, it's a powerful black woman, but that she's with the most powerful (white) man in the world And he actually wants a black woman and cheats on his white wife and promises to leave his white wife, for the black woman. So let's keep it one hunnid.

Of course but Im, almost, certain it's Kerry being black and playing the lead role is why most of those women love it.

I've heard women state how the president needs olivia pope to fix the shutdown crisis or any other scandal. That's what they love about it. A black woman being in control and people looking up to her to fix situations.

There's never been a show like this for us, so why wouldn't we embrace it?

ma, on some real shyt tho, u have to acknowledge the elephant in the gatdamn room. The main catalyst for this show that intrigues so many black women is the "get you a white man fantasy" dynamic. It gives some of these women the false hope that "they can too one day, screw a powerful white man" This really aint intriguing because Kerry is a powerful black woman (that is only a small part of it)

That's your main catalyst. Not mine and not any of women that I know that watch the show.

I get that for some women, they love that aspect but to think that's why black women in general watch the show? That's a stretch and not believable.
