Pac stans are insane, but they simply don't post as much as nas stans, nor with the ferocity, nor do they have the numbers in their stanbase to match Pneiz stans. Em stans are annoying, but even they don't have the numbers or ferocity. Wu Tang stans are ultra-dedicated, but they are usually amusing. Jay stans are doofy, but even they don't go to the bizarre spiritual level of stanning that Nazhs stans achieve.
Cats will literally write essays in which they reimagine how irrelevant album X by Gnars revamped the landscape of hip hop and forced other m.c.s to rise to a new level of ethereal lyricism. They'll revisit his most mediocre albums and figure out ways to rationalize it as a 4.5 mic near classic if you just take off one song, add a track from the Lost Tapes, and swap out track 8 for one of his mixtape freestyles. Then they'll accuse you of "trolling" no matter what you post, because to post about Hnoos in any context except to acknowledge him as the undisputed GOAT has become, through insane cult logic, "trolling." Every horrible song has an excuse built in for it, every gimmick can be explained away as a concept critics simply didn't get, every painfuly moronic interview Qxnoz does is somehow interesting and proof of a profound though misunderstood intellect, every shameful, cynical sellout attempt will be ignored or revised as the exact opposite - or when the evidence is too overwhelming for even the stan brain to do rhetorical gymnastics around, they'll bring up jay-z or some other rapper who made a pop song or pimped a shytty product and shift the discussion to whether morality and integrity is relative. You are out of your mind. Nas is the only one that is constantly referred to as GOAT in routine post on this board.
No one feels the need to mention their favorite rapper as GOAT when posting outside of Nas fans.
Nas has pulled 3 straight publicity stunts in an effort to expand his fan base because he is incapable of producing the music that is capable of doing so.
