As for OP, 100% spot on. Working as a black investment banker, I've realized that you e gotta be twice as good as your CAC colleagues to get half as much recognition. It's byllshyt and frustrates me everyday. For blacks, the end goal should be to use what we've saved from our pay checks from the white man towards investing in our own businesses to bite other blacks.

Neither. I'm a Systems Engineer/ Unified Communications Engineer (for a small private company that is making more money than they know what to do with)

I got a 27k promotion to take on the Unified Communications Engineer role and move to Tulsa.
