:scusthov: (Still won both games though)

Watching the games, especially the Hawks game, half of those to's were pretty much in the 4th after the game was pretty much in hand and he was throwing lazy ass passes while being trapped because he's really the only ballhandler on the team now with Ivey being out. You just live with it because he brings so much more to the table to carry them to wins.

the ethical hooper. doesn't need insane bounce or insane quickness doesn't matter if the guy guarding him is an alien like amen still can score at will without foul hunting
scored at will Houston threw all their best defenders from Tari to Amen to Fred to Brooks...didnt matter

This dude cooked their entire fukking roster. Generational talent man.

High to Double digit TO's consistently is still :wtf: no matter how you cut it. Ive cut back/come around on dude because ive seen him be able to keep them reasonably low with a limited roster:myman:. However it still needs to be sharper come playoff time, it will not fly then, best to get right sooner than later. Sometimes it seems like breh is pressing/trying to pad those stats when its not even necessary.

Just to be clear, I wasn't minimizing the turnovers and I agree that their egregious. I was simply providing context to illustrate how he had those and they still won. I was saying in the team thread how I hate how he racks up a bunch of turnovers just being careless. I don't see him getting many to's from start padding, but more from not recognizing secondary defenders from the weakside or just been plain lackadaisical with the rock. Lazy floatey ass passes and shyt. It's something that I still feel will come down and he'll get better with, especially once they get somebody else to help with the load.

the turnovers can be bad but for context;
harden averaged 4.5 turnovers for his entire time in houston
LeBron has never averaged less than 3 turnovers a game in his career
Luka averages 4 turnovers a game for his career
Trae Young
Westbrook
John wall
Steve nash
Jason kidd
Isaiah Thomas and magic Johnson all have led the league in turnovers

I get that, all depends when/where the to's happen. All of them with good enough rosters to win aside from Young, Wall and young Bron. Out of that list 6 got to the promise land and 4 actually won out of it. A great roster is not necessarily key for success if your pg is elite, young Bron got there with bums and you can take a guy like a prime CP3 who actually has a low assit/to ratio career wise, he carried bums/subpar rosters to the playoffs and almost got to the finals, strictly off of his elite PG play. Harden is a prime example of it doesnt matter if the roster is good or not, those TO's will hurt you.

I promise nobody remembers when all those guys turnovers happened besides the local fans
also harden had to run against the warriors with his best teammates in Houston being cp3 and Dwight for like two years
