That's what steele is suggesting. Idk if Thug gets thru that though if judge went with it. Steele suggested 5 years jail time with 2.5 time served. 40 years of probation. After 3 years of probation it turns to unsupervised, then at the 10 year mark, the rest of it gets terminated.

I get what you're saying.. Ive actually heard from some dudes who been to jail..they said they just dont like that over their head and would rather get the time to prevent getting violated on some minor technicality..

On probabtion he gotta check in all the time. .cant be around certain individuals. Does he have family that are felons? Well cant be around them..violation gets you all the time by guidelines
